What we collect
When you begin a proposal or message us, we collect what you choose to share, your name, WhatsApp number, email if given, and the details of your wedding, the date, guest scale, the parts of the house you are interested in, and any notes.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and shape a proposal for your day
- To plan and deliver your wedding if you book with us
- To brief and coordinate the suppliers your wedding requires
- If you opt in, to send occasional ideas and offers, which you can stop at any time
Your consent
You choose. One consent lets us contact you about your enquiry; a separate, optional consent lets us send you occasional marketing. You can withdraw either at any time by telling us.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to deliver your wedding, the vetted suppliers in your plan, under an expectation of confidentiality. We use trusted service providers to run our systems. We do not sell your data, ever.
Where it is stored
Enquiry details are held securely in the systems we use to run the house. The looks you save in the Lookbook, and the names and colour you choose when you weave a cloth on the home page, are stored only on your own device, not on our servers. The home page also uses a small session flag to avoid replaying the same first-visit treatment too heavily. Clearing your browser clears these. If you copy a share link from the home page it carries those names in the link, so the page looks the same for whoever you send it to. Nothing from the home page reaches us unless you choose to contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we remove them. If you never book, you can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it
- Withdraw your consent to contact or marketing
- Ask us to delete your details, subject to any legal duty to retain
In short. We collect only what you give us, use it to serve your wedding, share it only with the people who must, never sell it, and let you take it back whenever you wish.
