1. Enquiries and proposals
Enquiring costs nothing and commits you to nothing. After a conversation, we prepare a proposal shaped to your day and budget. Prices are given by proposal, not as fixed brochure rates, because every wedding is different.
2. Booking and deposit
A booking is confirmed only when a signed agreement and the agreed deposit are received. The deposit secures your date and allows us to commit suppliers on your behalf. Until then, no date is held.
3. Payment schedule
Payments follow the milestone schedule in your agreement, typically a deposit on booking, one or more progress payments, and a final balance before the event. The schedule and amounts are set out clearly in writing before you sign.
4. Changes and scope
Any change to your wedding, the guest count, the menu, the décor, the timeline, is confirmed in writing. Changes may affect the price, and we will tell you the impact before anything is committed.
5. Guest numbers
Your agreement sets a guest-count guarantee and a deadline to confirm final numbers. Catering, seating, and packed food are planned around that figure; significant changes after the deadline may carry additional cost.
6. Cancellation and postponement
If you need to cancel or postpone, the terms in your agreement apply. Amounts already committed to suppliers may be non-refundable; where suppliers are paid after the event, an earlier change usually costs far less. We will always walk you through the position honestly.
7. On the day
We run to the agreed run sheet and within the venue's rules, access hours, and timings. Overtime, additional services, or last-minute requests on the day may carry extra charges, agreed where possible before they happen.
8. Halal and religious requirements
We hold our food partners to a documented halal standard and keep the celebration alcohol-free by default. Official solemnisation steps, including ROMM requirements, documents, and fees, remain the couple's responsibility to complete; we assist and coordinate, and you should confirm current requirements with the relevant authority.
9. Liability and matters beyond our control
We take great care, and we also work within reasonable limits of liability set out in your agreement. Some things sit beyond anyone's control, weather, venue or supplier failure, illness, public restrictions, and your agreement sets out how these are handled.
What actually binds. This page is a plain-language guide. The terms that bind both of us are those in the signed agreement Renda provides for your wedding. If anything here differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.
10. Talk to us
Questions about any of this are welcome, and we would rather you ask before you sign than wonder after. Reach us on WhatsApp at +65 9021 3376.
We review these terms from time to time and will keep this page current.
